Chamber Scholarship Fund
The Chamber Scholarship Fund (CSF) annually awards financial aid to deserving high school graduates & college students from Wellfleet who are pursuing a higher education. Applicants must be pursuing some form of higher education, be it college or university, cooking school, art school or the maritime academy- and be a year-round resident of Wellfleet.
Since being established in 1993, the fund has awarded 338 scholarships to Wellfleet students for a total of $400,000+ to date.
In recognition of their outstanding achievements and the continually climbing costs of higher education, the following 19 recent high school graduates and returning college students will receive tuition assistance for the academic year beginning in September 2021.
Graduating seniors: Lucy Crosen, Saint Michael’s College; Eli Kochen, Suffolk University; Margaret Anne Cox, American University; Ella Mae Dixon, Marymount Manhattan College; Sarah Kelly, University of Vermont; Arthur O’Neil, Loyola Marymount University; Anna Shantz, University of Maine; Bailey Smith, University of Texas San Antonio; Ebben Ryder-O’Malley, Mass Maritime
